I embarked on my journey in the commercial roofing industry at the age of 15, primarily working summers in Texas. This line of work proved to be lucrative, so I continued to pursue opportunities within this field. By the time I reached 24, I found myself managing nine roofing crews located across the country, specializing in TPO and EPDM roofing systems. This invaluable experience opened my eyes to the vast potential that lay within the realm of commercial roofing.
Later on, a promising opportunity presented itself in Wisconsin, compelling me to leverage my skills and knowledge to establish my own business. With an innate desire for entrepreneurship, I soon realized the overwhelming demand for skilled labor in Wisconsin. Recognizing that I possessed the necessary workforce, I eagerly sought out reputable companies that I could begin building my reputation. I was keenly aware that I wanted to exclusively focus on the installation of projects. Since then, God has blessed me with more relationships that allowed me to expand my labor support to Durolast, TPO, EPDM, and Shingle Contractors. It is with great fortune that I have found my niche within this industry. Rather than competing with existing contractors, I aimed to support and empower them by providing the necessary manpower to assist in the growth of their own businesses. This inspired the birth of Kingdom Contracting Solutions.
In summary, my journey in the sub-contracting industry has led me to a place of fulfillment and passion. Through building my expertise, aligning with a remarkable contractors, I have found my niche and established Kingdom Contracting Solutions.
